My account got suspended immediately posting multiple messages about them asking them to refund my money.

That does not in anyway prove that they were the ones who requested suspension of your account.

As a rule most social media will suspend your account if you make multiple posts accusing another person of wrong doing especially if you do not provide incontrovertible proof of your accusations!
