If they will allow the traders to elect the buildings back after demolition, then there is no serious problem. I trust my brothers to build a modern plaza soon after the demolition. Maybe the owners of those buildings have been adamant to sell all this while hence the dilapidated state of those buildings. Let's watch and see..
