@bebe2, its about 200 metres from the main road and its in a developed area.its located behind the village town hall*currently under construction) and you can start ur development immediately.
From igbesa junction, you turn left when coming from Agbara,you drive past crawford university, you will now see a secondary school and resort centre(hotel), you then turn left to drive to the town.
The bale is a very nice person to deal with, i can guarantee you on that.
