The Coalition of Bunkery Camp Owners in Ijaw Nation *(COBCOIIN)* of which is made up of about 60 camp owners in the Ijaw Nation have indicated their interest for licences to operate modular refineries earlier approved by the government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a way of encouraging local production of fuel and other petroleum products to alleviate the sufferings of the people of Nigeria.




In a statement by the group jointly led by two strong delegations led by Comrade Ebipade Francis, President, Izon Nation Organization *(INO)* and General Ditari
President, Lovers of Ijaw Nation Organization *(LINO)* The group said they are aware of the 43 licences approved by the government to be issued to Operators of modular refineries of which one has been issued to a company in River State, another to Kwale in Delta State and some in Lagos.




The original oil bunkers in the Ijaw Nation have mobilized ourselves under this umbrella for proper coordination and hereby appeal that licenses be issued to about 60 camp owners in this group as we have all that it takes to start production massively to meet both local and international consumption if need be.
