Naturally Nigeria is a tribalistic nation obviously some regime make it so pronounce. One of the reason GEJ failed his second term bid was sidelining the Yoruba's, Tinubu being the architect through Tambuwa capitalized on it and narrow GEJ influence in SW and we all know how the story ended.

Buhari came in from day one he introduced full tribal and religious appointment sentiment, every other tribes see Buhari govt as govt for the North/Fulani, almost every sectors was run by either Hausa/Fulani Muslim with few giving to SW and other tribes, Lagos media's tagged it Hausa govt.

I was privileged to work in a mega firm where I do attend management meetings immediately we realized the nepotism, some of our investors, bosses held back their money, we no longer import large goods again because of lack of trust & Hausa custom victimization , we then based our supplies to customers based on demand, stocking of goods stopped many people loosed their jobs till date.

Today Tinubu has started with Buhari footstep, everyone around has already started calling the new govt ''Yoruba'' govt, (President, CJN, CBN, Custom, IGP, Army Chief, EFCC, etc ) investors have started dragging back just to observe further movement, is this how we will grow our economy? Please Mr President give everyone reason to bring out his/her money out to invest, no tribe in Nigeria can do it alone, God bless Nigeria

As long as they are qualified and not incompetent and disastrous as the ones Buhari appointed who claimed they didn't know much about the job but was appointed because of relationship with Buhari, i am ok with it. Tinubu has always appointed capable hands. If he feels the only people that can work and perform optimally with him are mostly Yoruba's so be it. What I want is results, excellent economy.
