Pls I need advice, I was diagnosed of left hydrsalphinx, I was on clomid for about 6months, about a year ago, now our doctor advised us to go for iui, pls what is the success rate for iui with one blocked tube? Is it advised I do another hsg? Its close to 3yrs I did the last one, I have taken several herbs all these while, and lastly if I decide to go for iui, what and how will I prepare my body. Pls mummies your response is highly needed.

Please was the hydrosalpinx diagnosed through scan? If so do another hsg to be sure. I was misdiagnosed of hydrosalpinx through scan, i had to seek second opinion by redoing hsg and both tubes are open with no hydrosalpinx.

Best thing is for the doc to do a mild ivf ie minimal drugs so you don't over produce eggs.

We were told to avoid spicy food and potash. Also avoid anything that makes you stool as well as things containing caffeine, including coke. Take lots of fruits and vegetables. Warm food is better than cold food. No unnecessary bending, no weight lifting. I'm sure ur doctor has told you no kpekus. Pls take ur drugs religiously even when you don't feel like.

If there is hydrosalphinx in your tube assuming it's confirmed its best to take out the tube because the fluid is toxic. With only one tube I am not too sure of the success of IUI. I know IVF bypasses the tube.

Really? What's wrong with these fruits please? We learn every day. I took fruits especially, water melon and apples though, and still got my bfp. May God just mercifully crown our efforts with success.

high doses of vit c isnt good for a growing foetus, acidic enviroment as well. different fruits have different reactions on the body, and there are exceptions in life as well
its best to err on the side of caution, some people dont have self control or moderation.. eating 1 or 2 oranges am sure wudnt be harmful, but some people would feast on a dozen oranges in 1 sitting...na so trouble dey begin.

Mamas, please what drugs will or procedure will you prescribe for sperm quality and quantity. IVF failed. Trying IUI with enough preparation.

How I wish too mama… God bless you. I have frozen embryo there, I’m doing a FET cycle. It cost abt 450k for freezing, drugs and transfer.

I don’t know their current price now, as I heard they will be having a price review this January
