The only Adjective for 12:00am is midnight
The only Adjective for 12:00pm is Noon.

Lest you will call 12:35pm noon and 11:35am midnight too. Afterall, they are close to the time. The definition of noon and midnight is standard. I would suggest you check the literal meaning up in the dictionary.

This is why anything after 12:00pm is called .... AFTERNOON (Even 1second beyond noon is termed Afternoon and not Noon). If you're a sailor like me, you would understand meridian calculation and the brain behind am/pm.

Noon and Midnight are standard all over the world to mean 12:00pm and 12:00am respectively.

Non of the above is correct, midnight is 12pm. Option A and C are close to noon when option B and D are after midnight as your question is 'close to' not after midnight.
