pocohantas:. NOT THAT THE OP HAS MONEY TO BUY LAND TO BUILD AT LEKKI PHASE 4, BUT WAS WISE ENOUGH TO BUY HIS LAND AROUND AJAH, LEKKI AXIS WHEN PLOT OF LAND WAS SOLD AT MAYBE N500K TO N1M THEN. THAT WAS THE FRUIT OF BEING WISE. 1 Like 1 Share |

pocohantas:And what is wrong with living in Sangotedo? You see, the more you type, the more you give yourself up as someone who is suffering from the greatest poverty of sense. I just don't get how a person can continue to exhibit such serial idiocy. Are you cursed or something? |

pocohantas: Wish yeye Island? Eti-Osa people claiming Island. What they have there is fake life. Whenever I have contract (Site) I Lekki axis I always go home no matter how. I have spent less than an hour from General Paint to Surulere even with public transport. Everything there is over priced. People living in shanties and undeveloped vacant land claiming posh. Gumbody with affluence by axis but suffering in reality. There was a day I was expecting some delivery that I left a site at Illasan around 10.20pm the next building, a residential building was with different ringing tones. They have turn it to a brother every occupants hosting her clients/visitors. Oju-Elegba is about 10km closer to Lekki Phase 1 than Abijo GRA, same with Awoyaya. Distance between LBS and Lekki is almost same as Surulere to Lekki. So why stress yourself nothing but fake live. Living farthest villages along Epe Expressway. Don't be surprised be Open in living in Lakowe. Op Kudos to you as you living in your own house. If you have space within your compound please start greenhouse farming. We now enjoy minimum of 18 hours power supply mostly around 22-23hours per day. From Oju-Elegba to Lawanson a distance of less than 3Km there are 9fueling stations. Those on Eti-Osa doesn't have that luxury. Interconnectivity, public schools, a general hospital and University Teaching hospital both within 7minutes drive. Multiple mini stadium and playground. Access to markets. On that axis is my forebearers isolated Village (farm) not even pririotised one. 6 Likes 1 Share |

Housing: When you say these things, they think it is a competition or fight. It is what it is. Before going to the lsland, think of it well. Know that most things are not within a distance. You have to use Uber, bike, drive or trek. One would ordinarily think everywhere on the Island is swimming in power supply, but that is not the case and the places that have it are expensive. Make one person no dey Sangotedo dey argue with me abeg. Lmao @ residential house with different ringtones. Hustle must continue na. 11 Likes |

Abudu2000: You are either a teenager or you have very poor reasoning, the island covers the whole of Lagos Island all the way to Eleko in ibeju lekki. The only place you can actually have a normal home is Ikoyi (minus obalende area) and some parts in Phase1 before marwa or ikate. The richest people in Lag stay at Ikeja GRA, even when they have houses in Falomo. I would pick good light, good road and water anywhere in lagos before the mosquitoe ridden island. 7 Likes |

Tallesty1:that is quite to to fix if the discos are serious. They just need to get an AI that monitors pattern of usage of certain customers and that can inform operators when something is off. Then operatives can carry a stake out. Also stiffer penalties should be meted out for power thief |

Soon you will look at the moonlight and you wouldn't find it again. Nigeria is a very hazardous place to live in. Living in Nigeria was supposed to be added among the thousand ways to die. |

rukyboy: No I didn't. I understand exactly the point she's trying to make and still insist it's false economy. Just don't need to belabour my assertions. Unless the laws of science have ceased to work in Nigeria, not unlike everything else, a modern fridge will use less electricity by staying on and keeping it closed versus switching it off and on intermittently. 3 Likes |

ravensckar: Bro save the great minds nonsense you have being spewing all along for lawma who are those living on the island to start with, 80 if not 90% migrated from the mainland or even from outside lagos to island. You talk about island as if people living there fall from the sky, i know so many guyz that come from a very poor background living on the island axis today forming posh but the reality of the situation is that you have more fake people living fake live in lekki, most people in lekki are just people doing copy copy to matchup with trends at all cost. Nigerians that can't behave properly here but when they get to Us or abroad they behave normal is what you have happening in lekki ...people making efforts not that they are unique Great mind starts with background/upbringing and exposure from a tender age .. 80% of boyz in lekki are grass to grace. naa una lekki dey freak i grewup in surulere 11 Likes 2 Shares |
