That was not the President Convoy alone..it includes other Convoys... Governor of Lagos, Deputy Gov of Lagos, IGP, GOC, Lagos Garrison, Commissioner of Police and other Govs present. Since he is coming to Lagos for the first time as President, we must welcome Him with pump and party like atmosphere. Definitely not his convoy.
