Good Evening..

So have you ever set a password on your itel or tecno button phone and forgot the password? Or have you noticed you phone is either not loud enough after increasing the volume or the network isn't always sharp?... Follow these steps...

If you forgot the password; just dial 112 or 911 then press the top left button and choose "edit number", when the space shows, type in *#12345# and then select yes... the phone will restart and will be clean as new.

If it isn't loud enough or the network isn't sharp; go to setting then come down to security then select factory reset data... then select yes; if you are asked for a password or pin; try 1111, 1234, 0000...
