Twitter has implemented a temporary “reading limit” for users on the number of tweets they can view in a day.
Elon Musk, the site’s owner, announced the action on Saturday afternoon to tackle “extreme levels” of data scraping on the website.

It occurred after several users reported that they couldn’t refresh posts or see their timelines for several hours.
Musk announced the new limit, saying that verified accounts can only see 6,000 posts per day, while unverified accounts can only read 600 posts per day.
