Penguin2: Excuse me, do you understand the meaning of flawed? Flawed simply means not perfect. Now, does an election that was not perfect mean the winner was not validly elected? Was the election that put Biden in office perfect? Does the result reflect the overall wish of the people? What matters is that the outcome of an election is credible and reflects the will of the voters. A flawed election can be credible, this election was credible. Give Obi the entire votes of Rivers and Lagos, will he have won? No!!! Is this not the same “flawed” election that produced a result of 90% for OBI in the SE? Tinubu did not get 90% in anywhere in his own base, Atiku did not get 90% anywhere in his base, So what are we talking about here? You lost…….get over it. 4 Likes |

Charity they say begins from home. Going forward, wish the constitution can be amended that a state of origin is a must for every presidential aspirant to win and local government for every governorship candidate |

The fact that Tinubu rejected the EU report of the 2023 presidential election does not isolate the fact that the election was flawed with massive rigging and evil bias of INEC. There have been demeaning evidence on the credibility of INEC as an election umpire. In a civilized country, the INEC chairman, Yakubu will go to jail to serve as deterrent to future manipulative element that will yield to the whims of politicians. |
Re: 2023 Polls: ‘We Stand By EU’, Labour Party Knocks Presidency by Dbegining: 9:53am On Jul 03, 2023 |
casualobserver: Yes sir, flawed can mean that the purported "winner" did not actually win the election. It depends on the extent of the imperfection. If the imperfection means manipulation of figures for a particular candidate denying citizens from voting for their candidate if it's not the "winner" and so doing preventing other candidates from getting votes, and also threatening people but to vote for a particular candidate, Then yes, it means that the "winner" was not validly elected. And let me just divert, the US election was perfect. They recounted votes in disputed places on live TV when Trump went to court and found it the exact same. No dey cap dust. 1 Like 1 Share |

Na dat mumu Alake dey give these ones chance, that report was the truth and he no concern tinubu, na EU, inec and buhari administration get matter, at least. Alake should have noted EU's recommendation and moved on; then advise his boss to work on those places inec fvcked up; majorly the real time transmission, ambiguous electoral law, protection of electorate and prosecution of offenders. Alake should tell me the one that is not correct about the last election instead of barking like infected dog
