Job title: Office Assistant

Minimum Qualification: SSCE

ROLE SUMMARY

The candidate will be responsible for office cleaning, general office maintenance, and providing a conducive environment for staff and guests. The candidate will also perform all other duties assigned by the direct report line manager.

Responsibilities:

-Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting all office rooms and interiors.

-Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.

-Protect office equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

-Notify the manager of any damages, deficits, and disturbances.

-Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.

-Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.

-Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

-Ensure the kitchen is clean at all times.

-Ensure hospitality for all office guests in accordance with the ethical conduct of the organization.

-Run office errands and other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements And Skills:

-Proven experience as an office assistant /housekeeper

-Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

-Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills

-Working quickly without compromising quality

-Minimum of O’Level certification

Work Schedule :

Mondays – Fridays (excluding public holidays)

Dressing:

Must be corporately dressed at all times (flat slippers are not allowed; Jeans/ Native attires are allowed only on Fridays.)
