Did they all die at one spot in the farm? If so, then it was caused by a stampede. Maybe an animal attacked and they tried to flee to one side of the cage/farm.

If the dead birds were scattered in different sections of the cage/farm, then you consider other factors like age of the birds, where they were bought from etc.

If u no gather mind don't go into poultry farming. In poultry farming you count losses as much as u count ur gain.
And, you need to be thoroughly trained and know the drugs and feed for these chicks at every stages of their lives before you go into the business.
Damages like these can be due to effect of drugs, feeds or even ordinary wooden sadust u put them

Nothing could be so painful than this. Iam a goat farmer, a couples of weeks ago l lost three goats in quick succession it was painful and discouraging. My advise to you is that failure teaches success. This happened to you to prepare you for a greater height in poultry farming.Do not be discouraged.
