I'd be straight to the point:
I gained admission to study Medicine in Kenya and Masters in UK (biology). My ultimate goal is to settle in a Western Country (UK,US.CANADA, GERMANY AUSTRALIA etc).
I'm in a dilemma: UK presents me an opportunity to japa and relieve the financial pressure on my parents (paying my own tuition through work-study), but Kenya offers me an opportunity to study a good course(while being dependent on my parents for at least another six years-no student job opportunities in Kenya). Dad and Mom are fine with whatever decision i make.

Any insight guys?
