BREAKING: Rivers APC Flames Back, Promises That Wike Can’t Take Its Clerical Opening

P/HARCOURT – The All Progressive Congress (APC), Streams State section, has exposed the suggestion in certain quarters that it had surrendered the ecclesiastical opening implied for the state to previous Lead representative Nyesom Wike.

APC said it was stunned to find in a few public dailies that the party had surrendered its ecclesiastical opening to a non-mem­ber of the APC in Waterways State.

It noticed that the state chap­ter of the party has never inter­acted with Amalgamated Bola Tinubu Mission Gathering as it has in excess of 100 NGOs and care groups who worked for the APC in Streams State.

“No NGO or individual out­side the formally acknowledged party structure has the au­thority of the state section of the party to grant any entitle­ments to the previous lead representative who is clearly a card carry­ing individual from the PDP”, the party said.

Tending to a press con­ference in Port Harcourt, on Wednesday, the state Exposure Secretary of APC, Darlington Nwauju, said, “We wonder where the gathering or individu­al determined its powers to represent APC from.
