I doubt he will survive it brain haemorrage is something humans can't guarantee survival except God favours him. If he survives from ICU he should start mending his life and crossing all bucket list he should reconcile and spend sometime with his family he has little time on earth. He is on oxygen because the brain cells are devoid of air which will later lead to brain freeze in the future. I think depression from loss of his beloved wife to cancer led to this.
