He's not in the Senate, yet not collecting pension as an ex governor whereas others are collecting both those in the senate and those not in the senate.

Even if they are the LEGISLATORS, you can’t just accuse them of usurping their power, for selfish interest.
The 1999 constitution was not written by any these current pension benefactors . None of them participated.

Secondly, bills are passed by majority votes in the house and not by a handful of members who were ex Governors.
Remember also that you are reaping what you sow. Those are the people you voted.

My friend u talking crap. You KNOW that rule is UNJUST. It is your DUTY to actively protest it, not snidely telling people they could go to jail and that it was not written by the senators!

You can’t all of sudden turn to a superhero and ride the moral high horse in this issue. You must show us evidence of your previous jail sentences to demonstrate you’ve been protesting.
I am not saying you do have the right to protest but be ready to propagate your agenda by yourself. It is called divergent views.

My friend when someone protests the unfairness of serving senators receiving millions as ex-govs and at same time receiving outlandish pays as senators, instead of lending your voice to the protest, a person whose man has died, right away asks (as you did):

A class of people makes a grossly unfair law benefitting the same class of people. A person voices a protest. Instead of adding your voice, here's you:

First response: Is it illegal?
2nd response: Are you ready to go to jail?
3rd response: Is it those exact beneficiaries that made the rule?
4th response: How many times have you gone to jail?

Ponder on that, dead man walking. Then run along
