We have come across Medical Doctors,trained from Russia- here in Nigeria- that these Russian based had to be calling for Nigerian Doctors- for assistance in almost all Clinicals on daily basis and Nurses in these hospitals become irritated to the so called ' abroad Professionals ' and is that what we should
