That's one of the reasons why I don't play too much with kids... Over familiarity...
It's good to play with them but always be matured towards then and scold them for any wrong... So that sense of respect will still be with dem..

This 4 year old spoilt brat once did. She had a newly born younger sister. I was carrying the baby and told the baby "you are so pretty".

The older sister asked "what about me"? I said I was talking to her sister and I don't have to say anything about her.
