From my experience in northern part and south west of Nigeria, I will be sharing information on how to use fruits, plants, leaves, food and herbs to cure some human sickness and diseases.

REMEDY FOR SLEEPLESSNESS/INSOMNIA
This remedy will classify into two solutions which are: minor and major remedies.

1. Minor remedies are sleeplessness caused by stress, anxiety;

(a). Get 5 oranges that have water inside After drinking water early in the morning, drink the oranges, 30mins or 1hr before breakfast. Expect the result at night by God's grace.

(b). Get 1 (coffee cup) of Camel milk or cow milk or normal milk, warm the milk, add 1 spoon of original honey, and drink 1hr b4 before sleeping.


2. Major remedy is for sleeplessness caused by mental disorders, mental illness, etc.

Get leaves or bark of the tree called " asofeyeje" in Yoruba language, I don't know the English name but those herb sellers are selling it in the market. This particular herb is good for mental man. Drink and use it to bathe.

REMEDY FOR APPENDIX
Don't operate the appendix in the hospital. This is tested and confirmed for appendix remedy, it will reduce your pain within 2to 3days and disappear within 21 days, InshaAllah.

1. Get bitter kola (orogbo), grind it, and turn it into powder.
2. Shea butter (ori)
Mix both. I spoon inside hot pap (morning and night)

ULCER REMEDY
Get 5 plantain banana, peel them, grind the plantain, put them inside the 5-liter keg, add water, and leave it for 2 days. A cup in every morning.

ULCER REMEDY
Just buy one cup of rice, cook to halfway, add a little salt, and turmeric, and cook till the water is dried. Get camel milk and put it on the rice and eat it all.

Most times, supplements work on high blood pressure especially if it's caused by deficiencies like magnesium, thiamine (b1), B12, potassium or other micronutrients or too much sodium. In this case, you need this supplements withe high dosages to correct the problem.

Zobo or hisbiscus tea added with garlic/cinnamon is also known to control high blood pressure very well.

Get:
1. Black seed
2. Garlic
Grind it and turn it into powder, 2 spoons with hot pap in the morning for fat patients, but if the patient is a slim one, he/she should get black seed oil and garlic oil, mix the same quantity, 2 spoons in the morning.

Note: the black seed has powder in the market but don't buy it, it is fake. Buy the seed and grind it by yourself

Peptic Ulcer

Prepare a decoction of Fenugreek seeds. Strain it and allow it to cool. Drink 50 ml of it once a day. Or

Add a few seeds of fenugreek to your tea to get quick relief from various symptoms of Stomach Ulcers.

For internal hemorrhoid

Take half a teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds. Soak them in water for 4 to 5 hours. Boil the seeds in a cup of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Have the seeds lukewarm. Repeat the process twice a day until the problem persists.

For external hemorrhoids;

Get garlic oil, and take 1 spoon morning and night. Soak cottonwood with garlic oil and apply it to the anus
