iSense247: What Votes did Peter Obi's Legal Team say he received in the election? There can't be a winner without actual votes, so if Peter Obi is to be declared winner, the legal team must suggest alternative results that showed he received more votes than other candidates but alas, his Lawyers never did anything close to that. |

oyatz: Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), says he and the party will challenge the results of the February 25 election in only 18 states. https://www.thecable.ng/peter-obi-lp-to-challenge-election-results-in-only-18-states/amp In addition, Obi is also challenging 18,000 polling units results. |

iSense247: What oyatz has told you is simple. However, you posted the same vague claim he complained about. 1. What obi should have done is to prove he scored a definite number of votes in each contested polling units as against what was recorded. 2. It doesn't matter whether it is 15 polling units, 18000 polling units or even the whole 276000 polling units. 3. His votes as computed by his legal team for all the 18000 and every others contested should have been added to his votes in areas not contested. 4. The total addition should be posted in their final submission and proven to be more than the votes garnered by atiku, then Tinubu. 5. It is then the PEPT will have something to look into. 6. Just like many obi followers said his name's absence in register submitted to INEC is a pre-election matter. Every other grounds raised by obi's legal team against Tinubu are pre-election too. 7. obi has failed to face the most important thing that has to do with real figures and results tabulation. If that fails, every other thing failed. |
