Please help!
I am a dependent to my husband who is a student. We do not qualify for graduate visa but my company is willing to give me COS as a care assistant which covers just me. I am trying to get a charity visa for my husband but the ones willing to give don’t want to give the entire family (family of 4) please what other options do we have? Our visa expires in December

Thank you in advance.

Good day all. Please I have an issue and I am not sure of the best way to go about it . I got a student visa last year February 2023 with my family . I travelled back to Nigeria during my school break as my dad was very sick. I couldn’t travel back to the Uk on time to meet up with the second term as my dad was still very sick and there was no one to stay with him ,so the school later curtailed my visa and said I should finish my course from Nigeria . While I was in Nigeria to take care of my dad , my husband was still in Uk because we thought I was going to be able to come back . He had to come back to Nigeria when the visa got curtailed . We are about to process another study visa in Uk with me being the main applicant for January 2025 intake . The issue now is there is a part of the dependant visa that state if we have lived together for the past 2 years . How do we defend that giving that we were living apart during the time I came to Nigeria ?

Hi, I’m in similar shoes. Have you applied now?

Wao.
They are really slow. Did you pay your deposit and they later asked you to upload your pof and TB test or you paid and uploaded the documents immediately?
I just got my offer uploaded on the portal after sending series of mails to them regarding inactive portal.
They are quite slow and i hope i can still meet up for September intake cos my pof will just start counting and the 28days will be towards ending of the month.
How do we connect?
sorry for the late response.. you can write me on WhatsApp..

Good evening house, Please I want to know if I can do my TB test at either St. Nicolas Hospital or Q-life Family Clinic (both in Lagos) for UK Student Visa. I'm looking at these because they're cheaper and can also pay in naira compare to I.O.M Centres (Lagos) which is 95 USD. I'm about making payment and secure a date for the test. Thanks in advance

Hi all, I have been waiting for visa for over 6weeks now. I called last week and this week and they said a decision has been made. My worry now is I got my IHS refunded now and my application is still at the DMC. Should I be worried?

To be "living together" does not mean that you have to physically occupy the same house together 365 days of the year. What it means is that you and your spouse or partner are ordinarily resident in the same home and intend to continue doing so as part of your marriage or relationship. Temporary separations such as the one you've mentioned do not mean that you ceased being ordinarily resident with your spouse or partner. You should answer yes to the question.

The POF is the total balance for both your tuition fees and 9 months living expenses after your initial deposit of £5,610.
I hope you understand.
Once you apply, u will be guided on that.
So, yes they do.

I do understand that... what I'm trying to say is that RGU requires POF before they can issue CAS

Good afternoon house,

This afternoon I received a refusal mail on my Visa application. The reason for the refusal is that I did not provide additional documents as requested. However this is not the case as I have mail evidence for provision of additional documents. They requested for additional documents on 29 August, I sent them on 30 August.

Please house, what do I do?
I need your advice please.

If you have evidence that you provided the required documents , then raise an AR ( administrative review) application

Dear Fam,

I need your advice please. My Visa was refused on the ground that I didn't provide additional documents as requested. However, this is not true as I have email evidence of documents I submitted.

How do I appeal this decision?

Please, I need your urgent advice on the next steps to take.

Thank you for your response.

Please, what does AR cost, and how long does it take to be attended?

My latest start date is 14th October.
