Please help! I am a dependent to my husband who is a student. We do not qualify for graduate visa but my company is willing to give me COS as a care assistant which covers just me. I am trying to get a charity visa for my husband but the ones willing to give don’t want to give the entire family (family of 4) please what other options do we have? Our visa expires in December Thank you in advance. |

Good evening house, Please I want to know if I can do my TB test at either St. Nicolas Hospital or Q-life Family Clinic (both in Lagos) for UK Student Visa. I'm looking at these because they're cheaper and can also pay in naira compare to I.O.M Centres (Lagos) which is 95 USD. I'm about making payment and secure a date for the test. Thanks in advance |

Hi all, I have been waiting for visa for over 6weeks now. I called last week and this week and they said a decision has been made. My worry now is I got my IHS refunded now and my application is still at the DMC. Should I be worried? |

Damdad: To be "living together" does not mean that you have to physically occupy the same house together 365 days of the year. What it means is that you and your spouse or partner are ordinarily resident in the same home and intend to continue doing so as part of your marriage or relationship. Temporary separations such as the one you've mentioned do not mean that you ceased being ordinarily resident with your spouse or partner. You should answer yes to the question. |

Samuel1104:St. Nicholas is nice. I did mine there. You will just have to come back for the test result the next day after the test |

Good afternoon house, This afternoon I received a refusal mail on my Visa application. The reason for the refusal is that I did not provide additional documents as requested. However this is not the case as I have mail evidence for provision of additional documents. They requested for additional documents on 29 August, I sent them on 30 August. Please house, what do I do? I need your advice please. |

Dear Fam, I need your advice please. My Visa was refused on the ground that I didn't provide additional documents as requested. However, this is not true as I have email evidence of documents I submitted. How do I appeal this decision? Please, I need your urgent advice on the next steps to take. |
