Like you stated, you have 4 dependents, while I don't have any. So, they might be taking time to review your application along with your dependents.

Also, i believe you haven't gotten any NSF mail too. If you provided all documents which can make you to avoid delays like documents to justify your study gaps like employment letters plus reference and proof of relationship linking you to your dependents like birth and marriage certificates etc, then you have nothing to worry about for now.

When I was filling my VISA application form this evening, I observed that there is a section where we are required to declare our travel history.

The only travel history I have in my old passport was a trip I made to South Korea in 2019 on an official assignment.

I don’t know if it’s okay not to declare it because the passport expired in Q1 2022.
Secondly, will I be required to submit my old passport, alongside the recent one when applying for VISA?

What i mean is; if my name is Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, and on my nysc certificate its written as Goodluck Jonathan Ebele. The position of my surname, Goodluck, did not change.
Does it really matter? Will the UKVI frown at it?.
Pls help cos I'm actually disturbed.

The application opening was already stated on their website prior to the date of opening, so I prepared all my documents a month before. All required documents were ready plus uploaded and I got an offer letter 4 hours after submission because offer were based on First come first serve)

(School took a month to process CAS due to average processing period of 2 weeks, FX fluctuations which made me to pay additional and most of Tuition fees)

BRP Decison Mail: 16th of July, 2023.

Greetings to everyone.
My wife is the student, and we have a daughter but I wouldn’t want to move with them the same date because of the stress finding a better apartment amongst the one I had booked for viewing.

Is it advisable for me the dependant to go before my wife to sort out living arrangement before she arrives.

Her school resumes 18th of September, so everything I need to get straight would be between 18th to probably 1st of September.

You don't need to do any transaction on your account. Don't let anyone mislead you.

The money in your account is for your tuition fee and maintenance. If you don't need to pay for tuition or your rent, then it is okay for the money to be in your account till you need it. It is perfectly okay for you not to do any transaction. All my children schooled in the UK so I speak from experience.
