Nawa oo. I think there's more to not building a refinery. Take for instance, that 500 billion naira that was proposed as monthly palliatives for the poor household, can we not at least start this refinery project with it and borrow more money? successmatters: |

Raregem9000:refinery will be in south but rail in north. The owners of Nigeria are northerners. |
