You are not getting it if there are blurred results uploaded on the IREV the simple solution is to bring the copy of the original result sheets given to all your agents at the polling units and re work the calculation at the tribunal. That is how to prove a case. See fayeni vs Segun oni case in Ekiti. Mimiko vs Segun Agagu case im Ondo etc.

I don't even know where to start with this your post but I'll try sha.

Obi at no point brought any evidence at the Tribunal to show he won. All he did was show that IREV had blurred pictures.

Obi refused to pay INEC for the very clear paper based copies (of the same polling units that were blurred on iREV), because he knew the facts in those forms would not support his claims of victory.

The glitches in uploading results to IREV did not stop the calculations of figures, using the actual paper based forms, to arrive at the results that caused President Tinubu to be declared victorious. This is the way we have done it since time immemorial abd thank God that method exists.

Per PDP acknowledging APC did not win, who the hell are PDP to be looked up to regarding anything especially concerning outcomes of elections?

Obidients might not want APC or PDP, but they are in the minority of Nigerians as over 14million voted for either of those parties.

Finally Obi wanted Tinubu to be disqualified and for him, who came third, to be declared winner. I will borrow your words and say "only in Nigeria would such nonsense be tolerated".

Which evidence did obi present in court. His lawyers were just xashing out.

All the documents brought and dumped in court, the lawyers never said anything about it.

Take a look at Tinubu and APC / INEC Defence, they tendered convincing documents straight and simple but obi lawyers were busy dumping bags of documents in court without proving any.

Maybe you expect the judges to start opening all the bags obi dumped in court.

He has also not shown how the non-transmission of the votes to electronically has affected him. If you are familiar with court judgements about elections in Nigeria, you would know that these are usually the things judges base their decisions on.

I can bet with everything I have in this world that the court will not deliver victory for Obi, maybe a rerun at best. The very intelligent ones among the Obidients know this and that is why they are looking into disqualifying Tinubu based on other technicalities like the so called Shettima double nomination and so on.
