False Authorship And Hypocrisy Shall Not Stand Before Our King And Lord by PCHC(m): 1:48pm On Jul 19, 2023
DANIEL 2:25

Then Arioch quickly brought Daniel before the king, and said thus to him, “I have found a man of the captives of Judah, who will make known to the king the interpretation.” [NKJV]

At once Arioch took Daniel into King Nebuchadnezzar's presence and told the king, “I have found one of the Jewish exiles who can tell Your Majesty the meaning of your dream.” [GNT]

FALSE AUTHORSHIP AND HYPOCRISY SHALL NOT STAND BEFORE OUR KING AND LORD

It was found in the heart of Arioch that he too was cooperative, excited and zealous, to quickly end the killing of the wise men and to present before the king the solution to the king's wrath. Here's is an exception to what I taught about "Fulfilling better than Solving," when it comes to wrath or destruction "Solving is better than fulfilling."

Arioch took the credit to himself by saying, "I have found the man (Daniel) of the captives of Judah, who can reveal the knowledge of the king's dream." Whereas we read Daniel was he who came of his own accord and requested to be brought before the king. Just wondering how it may sound when one of the wanted suspects voluntarily submitted himself to the authority, but one of the top officers claiming he was the one who caught or arrested the suspect that came to him first, perhaps to claim bounty/reward.

You may be shocked at how much some people can take "False Authorship" over credit or works that should rather be glorifying God and true people that actually labored or did them. There are glories that may not reach God when shared by people who are not supposed to share in the glories, or when not involving those who are supposed to share in the glories. If Mr.A is giving glory to God, without appreciating Mr.B that should be part of the glory to God, someone/something is lacking in that glory to God, and that glory may not reach God. Same with offerings to God without paying those poor workers who worked for you but you wickedly refused paying them but you would give fat offerings to God; such offerings may not reach God because something is lacking in them. Leave the offerings and go be reconciled with the men you own debts of money or restitution first.

[Isaiah 66:5 Rephrase] — To God's true Servants: See, your brothers who hate you, backstabbed you and cast you down, are still the ones who are saying "Glory to be to God, Praise the Lord, Halleluyah;" but I tell you, I will come and disgrace them for your sake because they are hypocrites.

There are three ways false authorship could have been applied by men to what was in the Bible verse above, but Arioch only did one false authorship of the three without the rest 2. Here are the 3:

*1* False Authorship of claiming you found who/what actually found you, you won who/what actually won you, you sought for who/what actually sought for you, you happened to who/what actually happened to you.

You may think it's not a big deal, but it is in a matter between Subject and Object, Transitive and Intransitive, in determining "Authorship" in every performance. Why should a woman who never made the first move nor initiated the act of seeking, of finding or of winning/wooing a man; yet claims she found, caught or won, the man or claiming authorship in the relationship or conversation between she and the man?

[John 15:16 BLB] — "You did not chose Me, but I chose you and appointed you, that you should go and you should bear fruit, and your fruit should remain, so that whatever you might ask the Father in My name, He may give you."

It's important among Christians to clarify these things, because I have seen where a Christian man chose to be attending a church; and after a while the pastor of that church began to introduce that man to other people as "My Son in Christ" or "My spiritual son" implying he first found him, whereas it was the Christian man who found and chose the pastor, unless he's claiming the pastor adopted him as his spiritual father, according to the follies and false-authorship going on among many Christian Churches.

*A* Between Arioch and Daniel, who first found each other? Perhaps Arioch was right afterall, if he first discovered Daniel in the slaves before all these current affairs started with the king.

*B* Between Andrew and Peter, who first found each other in Christ or to Christ? Peter happened to be closer to the Lord Jesus than Andrew, just as Arioch was closer to the king than Daniel; but it was Andrew who first found Peter and introduce the Lord Jesus Christ to Simon Peter. Now the name Peter has famousness, but the name Andrew is hardly heard, whereas both Andrew and Peter were brothers, with the same father called "Jonah;" not the Jonah that fish swallowed, but Jonah the father of Peter.

[John 1:40‭-‬42 NKJV] — One of the two who heard John speak, and followed Him, was Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother. He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which is translated, the Christ). And he brought him to Jesus. Now when Jesus looked at him, He said, “You are Simon the son of Jonah. You shall be called Cephas” (which is translated, A Stone).

*2* False Authorship of taking another person's ideas, secret strategies or personal information, and publishing them as one's own, or implementing them to the public without approval of the original bearer/initiator thereof.

What if Arioch had insisted that he must hear the dream and interpretation of the king's dream first in private to verify Daniel's claim before bringing him to the king; and then after Daniel must have disclosed the information to Arioch, he subtly turns down Daniel saying those information are not going to work; but later Arioch would go to the king and publish the same information he received from Daniel, which he negated before Daniel to turn him down, but he secretly use the same information and ideas to publish himself into relevance and honor before the king?

Arioch did not do that. But I tell you, I have heard people to whom such was done. Some where to bring great business proposals for the bank to sponsor if they find their business ideas or strategies viable and feasible. But later the Bank adopted those business ideas or strategies behind their back without involving the original proponents or after rejecting/turning down the wisdom in the ideas before the authors. Someone was said to have always been crying out that some of his co popular music stars stole his songs which he originally revealed to them yet unpublished, only for them to later publish those his songs as their own. Architects and other professionals have complained about some real estate developers that conduct job interviews for job seekers, and get designs ideas, costings/estimates, structural ideas, work ideas, from those job seekers during interviews, but they never hire any of them. Then they go and implement those ideas in their projects without paying those who were the original proponents or bearers

[Jeremiah 22:13] — "“Woe to him who builds his palace by unrighteousness, and his upper rooms without justice, who makes his countrymen serve without pay, and fails to pay their wages,"

[Habakkuk 2:9-14] — "Woe to him who builds his house by unjust gain, to place his nest on high and escape the hand of disaster! You have plotted shame for your house by cutting off many peoples and sinning against your soul. For the stones will cry out from the wall, and the rafters will echo it from the woodwork. Woe to him who builds a city with bloodshed and establishes a town by iniquity! Is it not indeed from the LORD of Hosts that the labor of the people only feeds the fire, and the nations weary themselves in vain? For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea."

*3* False Authorship of Nationalism, taking the good that belongs to a subset or oppressed nation/tribe to share for the overall federating nations/states in the coalition or amalgamation, without paying due credits, benefits to the resource region, nation or tribe, from which the other federating regions/nations benefit without contributing.

In the top Bible verse above, Arioch mentioned the region, the tribe, the nation or people, Daniel was coming from, especially mentioning them as the captives or slaves (meaning they were the oppressed, Judah) among the larger coalition of the Babylonian Country. By so doing, Arioch was already giving credit to Daniel's people or region, before the king. That was good.

But I tell you, there are political actors, who whenever something good or beneficial comes from a region/tribe/nation, that good and beneficial thing will be called "National Treasure" or "National Property" without giving special credits or benefits to that region, tribe or nation, from whence such good come to the rest of the federating states. That's false authorship of Nationalism, and is a kind of racism, discrimination or marginalization. If it was evil thing, insurgency, from there, they would isolate that region or those people from there from the rest of the federating states; but when it's good things, intellectual properties, inventions, oil and resources from there, they would use national terms or the whole federating states terms to claim such belong to the whole federating states. That's also plagiarism or false-authorship in nationalism.

If you are always isolating and discriminating against a region, a people, tribe or nation, among federating states, for the vices or evil things from there, you are bound to also do so when the good things or virtues come from them. The children of Israel had such bad reports and negative talks about a region among them, which they generally viewed as only evil things, thugs or bad people come from there. But to their shock, the greatest Savior and good came from the same region they never taught anything good can come from. That was a region called "Nazareth." As it is written,

[John 1:45-47] — "Philip found Nathanael and told him, “We have found the One Moses wrote about in the Law, the One the prophets foretold— Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.” “Can anything good come from Nazareth?” Nathanael asked. “Come and see,” said Philip. When Jesus saw Nathanael approaching, He said of him, “Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is no deceit.”"

** Transcendence of Cultural Boundaries:

The fact that Arioch, an officer of King Nebuchadnezzar, sought out a Jewish exile for the interpretation instead of relying solely on Babylonian resources and beliefs signifies the transcendent nature of spiritual wisdom. It suggests that spiritual insights can be found outside one's own cultural or religious boundaries and encourages openness to diverse perspectives in seeking spiritual truths.

You may get spiritual insight even from other religions, but you can only find the salvation, the truth and the life inside the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God.
