Obi's case is incompetent. He is not qualified to contest under lupee. Secondly, he won in 12 states, took 3rd but didn't join the pdp candidate in his suit. When the tribunal asked his witness what happened to the votes of the candidate who took 2nd position, the witness asked that the votes should be cancelled. Technically, what does that tells you? His case lacks merit. Case closed. |

Lotanna2: Your Question reeks with ignorance Bro. Re-Run anywhere in election is between two major contestants. In the case of Presidential Election, it is between 1st and 2nd on the Log. However, the last election does not require re-run because a candidate got 25% in 29 states of the federation + Majority Votes. Atiku, who occupied the 2nd position did not have 25% in 25 states. I won't talk about the jester who only garnered 25% in 16 states. |
