So I just left a shop where the shop owner (A) and his friend (B) were having a discussion; a discussion I found interesting, and funny.

They were discussing in Hausa, but I'll write it in English.

It went like:

A): Wallahi Umar told me that if we decide to protest against this hardship, he will not join us.

B): Haba Salisu, ai any Northerner that even thinks about protesting against Tulubu's gamman is without shame.

Did we protest against Buhari, despite all the rubbish he did?

Ai the Southerners will accuse us of trabalizim.

Me: Maigida, even if Tinubu decides to roast Nigerians like corn, the North should keep their mouth shut. We have no moral ground to stand against any rubbish we see.

A) and B): To Allah ya gyara (May Allah fix it)

Me: Amin dai.
