Today is another new day, and the month of July is gradually going again. This is a clear indication that time will never wait for you, whether you are serious about doing what you are supposed to do or not.

Most times you just want to hide under the illusion that everything will take care of itself. But, in reality, nothing really happens on its own. You must create a positive cause and reap the effect. Failure to do that means you have automatically created another cause and the effect will be unfavorable and devastating.

For instance, in your current workplace, you are being owed 2 to 3 months' salary or you are out of work. Although it is not the employers' wish not to pay you or lay off, the current economic reality most times is artificially created.

Just as you would love to leave, you may not get an employer to pay you that kind of salary because you have not yet qualified.

Invariably, you are stalked with no option and to pray that things get back to normal with the company and this is not within your control.
