Good afternoon Everyone, I'm a silent reader here. I just got a request from IRCC to submit my passport. A big thanks to everyone and most especially Zubizareta for his help in regards to my SOP writtings and review. Please I really need your help/Opinions about this. My 10yrs biometric is expiring June/July 2024 and my program is valid for two years study. And I have been asked to submit my passport to complete my application, my thoughts is that I don't know if I will still be giving the two years study visa since my Biometric will be expiring June/July 2024. If otherwise please what can I do to tackle this. Thanks. 1 Like |

This seems to be a case of "looking for a reason to support intended denial" in my opinion. Sorry jare, some of these refusal reasons are frustrating Republic001: |

samefiok: There is a way you will use your SOP to word it, the source wouldn't be scrutinized much because you have demonstrated the availability of those funds by doing that GIC which is the primary aim and what Ircc is looking out for- to ensure the funds u showed aren't for demonstrative purposes but indeed available. Be ready to put strong economic ties and explain with reasonable supporting docs for source of funds and reasons why such person sponsored/provided the funds in the case of sponsorship. But we have seen instances when some supporting docs were skipped in situations when GIC and Tuition was paid and PPR was granted. 1 Like |

Hi, I also recently gained admission into contest oga for the personal support worker for May. Please I have a quick question, for January admission, what is the end date that is on the acceptance letter. Mine is December. I was thinking I could take a semester off in between to work but I think perhaps itās because itās May admission so I want to be sure if itās the same for January admission. Kindly let me know. Thanks Queenlyt: 1 Like |

Good afternoon, everyone. I got my PPR this morning, I don't know if I can have my friend submit it for me (I'm told only authorized person alone). The journey from the East to Abj is very expensive. 3 Likes |

kweje:U donāt need or have to defend SOWP. Itās called Spouse Open Work Permit i.e For a spouse accompanying his/her spouse. U donāt have to prove why u going for it, u automatically qualify for it once ur spouse is going for studies majorly. And ur SOP should do justice to explaining why he is accompanying his/her spouse. 1 Like |
