you all need to stop discouraging people. if you want to advice on realities over there, you dont have to make it seem like its terrible. or are you working for the Nigerian government trying to discourage Nigerians from relocating?
Nbv1:

I hope many people learn from this before making that decision to come here. A lot of people are suffering here now as we speak. If you have the funds that can keep you upto 2 to 3 years after your tuition payment then , come and see things for yourself first, if you don’t have the funds and rely on mere hope, you are coming here to suffer . It’s getting tougher here and things are not the way it use to be . There are no jobs , rents has skyrocketed due to huge TRV issued. Also it’s now more difficult to acquire PR status because of the tough requirements. Many people are frustrated and going back to their countries after studying . If it really worth for you to come spend over 60,000 cad to study for 2 years . Then good. Do your due diligence before making that move. If you are still young from age 24 to 30 and have graduated from a university in Nigeria and have atleast a year work experience do not come here to study. Do the express entry instead.

Nice write up, but, it not worth it with good planning you can overthrown those suffering, even in Nigeria people enjoy and suffer it your mentality. Relocation won't make your life better, that was the mindset you had which was wrong am not going to Canada to search for greener pastures, cause greener pastures is everywhere, am going their to learn and work to learn and come back and improve here and get a PR if I want. You need to know, cause that the cause of the suffering, that why I even want to teach some people hear in Nigeria planning to go out how to make income online I know people are suffering we all know. So you see just think better and you will find a wayout not everybody is the same, eagles and hawks don't fly together. Good luck.

Lol, when you get to Canada, after a year, you will never dream of coming back home... cheesy...
Don't be deceived by the terrible picture the person you quoted painted... There's Job for everyone, might take time, but you will definitely get a job and be able to afford a rent of your own.... Just as i said, the person you quoted is Just lying terribly...

And Relocation will 100% make your life better....

Some people will go to a new country with empty pocket expecting to see Job the very minute they land in that country, Lol

There is no school that accepts second class for masters in Canada except if you go through a supervisor, kindly apply to college and save yourself the hassle of searching for a supervisor, but you can still give it a try

Hi guys, when writing a letter of explanation, and the reference letters of employment is a full contract of employment running into about 10 pages, and the breakdown of salary is on page 5, how do you attach that document as part of the LOE?

Should I add all the pages of the employment contract or can I add a link to a Google Drive folder where the document is located?

The same applies to other proof of home ties. Contract of land sales, my sponsors' employment letter also.

Please o, what is the response to this? How do we add documented proof to an LOE?

The discouragement is just too much, I keep asking myself why don't they pack their bags and head back home. 2 weeks in Aba, they will wish the never left Canada.

By the way, are you in Canada?

I am writing my LOE, and I want to attach some documents to the LOE such as the letter of employment of my sponsor and deed of landed properties to support the LOE. However, the letter of employment is 10 pages, and it is on page 5 that the breakdown of the salary is stated. The deed of assignment of the landed property is about 8 pages. How do I attach the employement letter to the LOE is a situation like this.
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by JMG12: 10:53pm On Oct 01, 2023
Attached the document as it is, I am sure there is other vital information contained on the employment the VO might watch out for aside from the salary breakdown

Merged the documents as a single file. You can compress it if it exceeds the size limit.
Sponsor and other funds-related documents should be in the ‘proof of support’ section.
Adding a link to a Google Drive folder is risky.

When people are honest and saying the truth many of you sees it as discouragement. The advice given to you is to gear up and plan very well before making a move to avoid regrets.

I am sure if a lot of students who have been on this thread and now in canada back to this thread to share their experiences now , many people here will still crucify them.

I recently met with lots of PGWP students that their PGWP about to expire in Toronto, they are still in express entry pool hoping for a miracle when the points kept going up like rocket launcher. Some of the students thought the PR process is automatic after completion of studies and having work experience. Many get to find out late. it’s another hurdle .

Bobomaigida:

1. You can apply for from your internet banking platform or mobile app (For GTB I am sure of this).

2. Visit any major branch and request for MBS to Canada from the customer service, they will process it for you.

You will be given a sheet containing the passcode to the statement that you will upload with your application.

Hello @ Bobomaigida,

pls, how can i go about the GTB own. I am currently getting an error (Error generating statement, please try again later). I was expecting it will generate a code and password just like the way i was able to do that on UBA app.

Kindly help, pls.

Sorry about your refusal. You stand a good chance if you correct all these areas point out.
Do it yourself process means you have to pay attention to details very well.
If you follow just what you see a check list on IRCC portal, you may not know the need of certain documents.

Go through this thread-past pages and page 1 . It will with how to package you next application.

Please, can we have email chat via nguyenjohnson115@gmail.com
