President Bola Tinubu to address the nation in a national broadcast today.

PRESIDENT TINUBU BROADCASTS TO THE NATION

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will make a broadcast to the nation on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 7 pm.

Television, radio stations and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast.

That's commendable as Nigerian are eagerly waiting to hear from the President regarding critical aspect of governance such as;
1. Cushioning the effect of removal of fuel subsidy
2. Give direction of his administration in boosting domestic output and enhancing export trade so as to reduce pressure on forex
3. Monitoring increased in revenue of all tiers of government partly caused by the savings derive from subsidy removal.
4. Intervention in critical sectors such as agriculture, education and mining.
5. Addressing domestic security challenges as well as foreign that include coup in Niger a boundary state.

There should also be a clear warning to violence breewing up from certain quarter of the country calling for military takeover in Nigeria. The president should give a stern warning to these people clamouring for violence.

While there's freedom to social gathering, it should be limited to individual or group space. Description of other region should not be tolerated

Truth be told the present government has no concrete plans regards to palliative provision.

If we recall the TUC chairman accused the NEC ( an economic advisory body to the president headed by the vice president and governors)
Of advising the governor's to go back to their states and 'do what they can'...this shows that it's business as usual and the proceeds from sudsidy removal and floating of the naira will end up in politicians and family members pockets.

The subsidy was removed for 2 months now and yet no policy thrust from the FG.

FINALLY the so called super ministers list is a joke gone to far and an insult on the intelligence of Nigerians.
