So I noticed for some while now that on Sundays after service, I must eat and sleep. Failure to do this gives me constant migraine.

Except I eat before I go to church which I don't really do, I still have to sleep when I'm back from church (a minimum of 30 mins).

Worst is, if I eat and don't sleep, I will have migraine. It will affect my sight when I'm exposed to light.
Also, if I don't eat but sleep, I will still have migraine which means I must do two things on Sundays after service (I must eat and take a short sleep).

Note: sometimes I don't even eat from morning until afternoon or so and I don't have any migraine or so but you see that Sundays, I just have to eat and sleep after church to avoid the hurtful migraine
Health practitioners, could this be a health issue or it is normal?

Has NL opened an hospital online, go and see a doctor for proper diagnosis.

It's possible that the combination of physical and mental activities during the service followed by not eating and resting enough afterward may be triggering migraines.

Dehydration, changes in sleep patterns, and stress might also be a contributing factor.

When did RCCG services start taking so long? Abi una own Sunday school na 2 hours? You may need to take something like tea before going to church on Sundays since you guys stay that long and it affects your health.

Don't put your health in danger. We all do not have the same body stamina. If you were an usher, it means you would be passing out anytime you arrive home.
