Job Title: Studio Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Manager to oversee all aspects of our studio operations at LagosJump Radio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for and oversee content creation/research, script writing/editing, project management, strategy formulation, marketing campaigns, jingle production, managing daily operations, music uploads, and music reviews. The studio manager will also manage studio guests, contributors, and freelance staff. Updating contact lists, and business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical operations of the studio, including managing and maintaining all studio equipment and software.
- Manage and supervise studio staff, including hiring and training new staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate on-air programming, ensuring that all shows and segments run smoothly and on time.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including broadcast standards and copyright laws.
- Manage the studio budget, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts with vendors.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as programming, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration and execution of studio operations.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and make recommendations for improvements to studio operations.
- Act as the point of contact for all technical issues and troubleshooting, and respond promptly to any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of all studio operations.
- Conduct content research, script writing/editing, and jingle production for on-air programming.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for all studio productions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote on-air content and events.
- Review and approve all music uploads and maintain music library organization.
- Provide regular music reviews to ensure a diverse and engaging playlist.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in broadcasting, journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radio
- Strong admin/management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with audio production software and equipment.
- Knowledge of music industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month. (Depending On Experience)
