Was coerced into downloading and installing jzip to help me install an app from a .zip folder, wasn't satisfied so I kept on googlin'. suprise, my browser loaded search.jzip.com on launch, tried to open another tab still search.jzip.com took over, I clicked on google still search.jzip.com loaded. I quit browsing, uninstalled jzip and all its add-ons to my browser still: search.jzip.com took over. In fact I was able (or lucky) to load this forum after persistently trying, any Idea on removing this malware  pls help  |

Hmmmm, darn freewares!!! What browser are you using? I assume its Firefox? If yes, then the following reference that should help you get rid of it: 1. How To Remove Jzip Plugin 2. Jzip Removal tips If you need a free and trusted compression utility, I'd recommend 7zip All the best ridding your system of the ware! |
