^^^ Drop it already, is the NFF that's suppose to let Siasia know that? is Siasia not a coach? stop giving excuses for his failure. I asked you a question but you have refused to respond. here's it again: Put yourself in a reasonable man's shoe, what would you do if your worker you employed to manufacture and also sell your products at 50% profit reward ends up not even able to manufacture, not to talk of selling your products? what would you do to such a worker? promote him or increase his salary? |

We all deserve a second chance. Siasia deserves a second chance. If he had won the game 2-1, these sack or no sack will not feature. I repose absolute confidence in him, it is unfortunate that most nigerians are dangerously too emotional. For any small achievement, they overpraise, any small mistake, they ask for your head. I remembered when we beat ethiopia 4-0, to many Nigerians he was the best coach Nigeria has ever produced since the "18th century". These decision making trait in most Nigerians is one of the reasons, we are where we are in this country. It features in our voting pattern for electing our leaders. It takes critical reasoning to know that sia1 should not be sacked. I hope NFF will not make the mistake of sacking the guy. I strongly perceive that Siasia will take the super eagles team to the promise land we crave for. .If he doesnt lose his job, i am surely going to point out the bolded in the next 16 months(at most) |

Ossai famous: We must all learn the content of "DELAYED GRATIFICATION" , inside of it is pain and failures, but a long term approach to victory. Siasia has never been this shaken to his roots, i opined he has learnt his lessons. What is the point of going to the nations cup to reach the quarter finals or semi ? (2002-2010). Even Westerhof that won the nations cup in 1994 and secured a world cup ticket, had also failed previously. Notable failure of westerhof (failure to qualify for italian 1990 world cup (was fighting with some players then too) ) (average performance at the 92, nations cup) at the 90 nations cup, we lost the opening game 5-1 to Algeria, but later made it to the final of the tournament. Crux of the matter is allow him stay, any new guy will start his own "mumbo jumbo" which might be worse than what we have seen from siasia. |

honeric01:. Your illustration might not really apply, but anyways i believe you can not promote such a worker in that context, but you might not sack him. I work in a manufacturing firm. Machines do breakdown, and produce lots of scrap, while you try to run it, and you fail to meet your customers demand even when you have previously observed the maintenance schedule, The Manager will assess the situation critically, checking the rootcause of the problem, the antecedents of the operator e.t.c at the .Only a bad manager without conducting this analysis will heap failure to produce at that scenario solely on the machine operator. If all you do as a manager is sacking your operator and replacing the operator, anytime the machine breaksdown. You are in for a big trouble at the long run ( i have seen this happen in real life production floor) The Machine is the SE Players, Operator is the Coach, Manager is NFF |

CHRIS GREEN MUST APOLOGISE TO TB JOSHUA Posted on Friday 14 October 2011 - 17:59 Chairman of Technical Committee of the NFF, Chris Green recently called Prophet T.B. Joshua unpatriotic because of the prophecy he spoke, revealing that Nigeria would lose the AFCON qualifying match with Guinea and asking Nigeria to come together with him to pray for God's intervention. Question: How can you call someone who gives a warning of impending danger to your country, unpatriotic? Consider the SSS. Didn't the government of Nigeria task them with the job of seeking out those incidents and individuals that can cause problem in the country and warn us of the potential danger? We can hardly call that unpatriotic! The FBI was issuing statements of imminent terror attacks on the US just before the 9/11 strike on the US and warnings to be on guard. Was the FBI acting unpatriotically in trying to save the nation? Before the London subway bombings, Scotland Yard issued statements and alerts at all subway stations to be on the look out for suspicious looking individuals and packages at the stations. Was Scotland Yard acting unpatriotically in trying to protect their citizens? During the royal wedding in London, Scotland Yard issued warnings about possible anarchy and/or terrorist attacks against Prince William and Kate Middleton earlier this year. Can you say they are unpatriotic for protecting their monarchy? Do you not try to protect your kings, no matter the size of their reign? The SSS issued warnings and precautions during Nigeria's 50th Anniversary just before the bombing which took place metres from the president’s location. Were they acting unpatriotic in trying to save the lives of the president and the nation? Would you not have loved to hear warnings before the UN office in Abuja was attacked and many lives lost? Would you not have loved to hear warnings before Police Headquarters was attacked and our security forces were killed? Would you not love to save the lives of your fellow Nigerians Meteorologists and geologists survey weather patterns constantly and warn the public about coming storms, earthquakes, hurricanes. Is it unpatriotic to advise people to prepare for storms, to evacuate their homes to escape death from wildfires, to pack their belongings to dry ground so they do not lose their life’s work or belongings? When the earthquake hit Japan, didn’t the entire international community come out and attack the scientists for NOT informing them beforehand of the epic disaster that came? What is unpatriotic then, NOT informing your countrymen of impending danger and allowing them to suffer, or ALERTING your countrymen so they can be prepared and save their lives/reputations/future? What are you talking about Chris Green? If that is in fact your REAL NAME? Patriotism = desire, determination, effort to protect and save the lives, reputation, livelihood and self-respect of your nation. Prophet T.B. Joshua = Patriotism to God and his country. He asked God to show him what was to come in our country, he alerted us of the impending disaster, he asked us to join him in trying to change the outcome. Chairman Green, WHAT DID YOU DO? What NAME do we give YOU? Chairman Green, Nigeria has spoken: You have 7 days to issue an apology for your statements regarding Prophet T.B. Joshua. Nigeria's patriots are waiting. |

emiye: Your illustration get comma, In Siasia's case, the owner of the company gave him options, i mean he was given the room to pick whichever machine he wants to work with, he was even given the room to import or export any machine he wanted, yet he failed, so give me another excuse. |

Ossai famous: First of all you have to remember he was brought in almost at the last minute to head the team after Bosso (I think) apparent incompetence. 2ndly he didn't tell Haruna Lukman to lose the ball in the way and manner that is so scandalous. emiye: God bless you my brother. I tot I was the only one remembering this |

At all those calling for Siasia's sack, would you have preferred we qualified and be disgraced like Zambia did in the last nations cup? Yes we won the match (5-4 on penalty) but the quality of the game was disgraceful to say the least (ball possession in my opinion was about 30-70 in favour of the zambians) and the Zambian even got presidential treat in their country for what they did to us. Siasia has not stayed up to a year and we want to sack him after instilling discipline and some level of purpose and urgency in the team just because we want instant result. This is what Chelsea is doing and the question is what has Abrahimovic achieved? |
