This is a very ridiculous statements by this Yusuf.
This same narrow opinion is what is keeping Nigeria in this pathetic situation she is now.
Religiosity and tribalism are the major problems facing Nigeria.
When Goodluck Jonathan wanted dealing with Boko Haram insurgency squarely in it's formative years,this same sentiment was echoed by the northerners.
...... attack on Boko Haram is an attack on Northern Nigeria.So the Boko boys were allowed to grow wings.
And today,the so called professor is crying about insecurity by Boko Haram in the north.
Who do you want to come and solve the problem created by you people for you?
Now,any attack on Niger is declaration of war on Northern Nigeria bla bla bla.
This is the most senseless, useless and careless statement I have heard this year on any international issue.
So the only reason why ECOWAS shouldn't take military action in Niger is that your tribesmen and your Muslim brothers are there, right?
That means if it was Yorubas,Igbos,Efiks or Ijaws that were there,the north would have declared or supported fully the declaration of war on Niger?

Personally,I don't support military action there but diplomacy.
But because of careless statement like this,if I were the president and the chairman of ECOWAS,I would have declared special military operations in Niger and nothing would have happened.

For Russia, its pay back. For Nato, its survival. Winter is coming and Europe will need Nigerian Gas to power their heat systems. For Tinubu, its about making billions from the Gas deal, anything that would stand in the way of this deal, Tinubu will destroy. All of these will come at the expense of the lives and properties in Northern Nigeria. So expect a war in the scale of the Russia and Ukraine war in that region. if the war starts and is sustained for months, don't be suprised if the Gas terminal at Warri is bombed by Russian Drones. When this war begins, it will be difficult to stop....Now is the time to stop it by all means. But my thought is that the powers behind Tinubu are so strong, he cannot call the shots, he cannot stop the war even if he wants to. Europe will freeze to death during the winter if they don't get the Gas from Nigeria. When lives in Europe are threatened, NATO will flex its muscles...i just hope Nukes will not be deployed...God abeg na your hand we dey.

I watched the TV version of this man's opinion and he nailed all the points.
Nigerians can now see that Tinubu lacks national leadership abilities.
He has been bumbling from one mistake to another, and has shown zero wisdom.
The man not only lacks wisdom, he also lacks credibility, which is very dangerous.
