*1) SELLER SENDS DOA/MOU* FOR BUYER TO SIGN AND RETURN.


*2) BUYER'S BANK SENDS* NAIRA TO SELLER'S ACCOUNT AND PUTS A PnD, POST no DEBIT on it. OR BUYER PUTS PnD IN HIS OWN ACCOUNT IN FAVOUR OF SELLER.


*3) SELLER ACCOUNT* OFFICER CONFIRM AND TRANSMITS DOLLARS TO BUYER'S DOMICILIARY ACCOUNT WITH INSTRUCTIONS.


*4) BUYER ACCOUNT OFFICER* TRANSMITS THE NAIRA EQUIVALENT TO SELLER'S ACCOUNT WITH INSTRUCTIONS.


*5) BOTH SELLER AND BUYER* ACCOUNT OFFICERS RELEASE THE FUNDS TRANSMITTED TO THEIR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS.

NEXT TRANCHE.

Buyer must sign and return DOA as within 3hrs of receiving.
