Do you consider somebody who has two Nigerian parents who were born and raised outside of Nigeria like America, England, or South Africa? Would you consider them a Nigerian or a foreigner? |

So long as they identify with Nigeria, they are Nigerians and nobody is more Nigerian than they are. |

@Igbo2011, Being Nigerian isn't as a result of environmental assimilation rather, its genetic. To me, being Nigerian is as a result of being from one (or more) of the numerous ethnic groups within Nigeria. |
