Perhaps I am the only one that don't understand this African nonsense and beggarly attitude. Africa is suffering more psychological defeat than physical defeat.

North Korea is not faring any better but they looked inwards and built up their own military so that when they cough, the world listens. They have had failures in some of the weapons tested, but they keep improving without looking back. Nobody seems willing and ready to attack them no matter the allegations.

If Africans cannot look inward, start research and development to invent weapons to defend themselves, they will end up running from one colonizer to another. If US, Russia or China does not supply weapons, Africans will be helpless. What exactly are African engineers and scientists learning in school even with their Ph.Ds they love to brag about? It is shameful indeed to say the least.
