An experienced school manager or Administrator is needed urgently to manage a music school located in New-Okoba, Agege, area of Lagos.

Applicant must live close to the area specified above.

Below are the roles of the candidate:

1. Overall School Management: The administrator oversees the day-to-day operations of the music school, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

2. Financial Management: They are responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and managing the school's financial resources. This includes overseeing tuition payments, managing expenses, and coordinating fundraising efforts.

3. Staff Management: Administrators hire, train, and supervise the school's faculty and staff members. They handle recruitment, contracts, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.

4. Curriculum Development: Administrators collaborate with the music faculty to develop and update the school's curriculum. They ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and supports the overall goals of the school.

5. Student Enrollment and Registration: They oversee the student enrollment process, manage student records, and coordinate registration for classes, lessons, and ensembles. They also handle student scheduling and placement.

6. Communication and Public Relations: Administrators are responsible for maintaining effective communication channels between the school and its students, parents, faculty, and the wider community. This includes managing the school's website, social media presence, newsletters, and other forms of communication.

7. Facilities and Equipment: They oversee the maintenance and management of the school's facilities, including classrooms, practice rooms, performance spaces, and musical instruments. They coordinate repairs, upgrades, and equipment purchases as needed.
