I’m after a good router management software that’s cloud based or can run on a Mac.

You can administer clients if you want local PCs in the cafe, and also manage wifi access. you can sell blocks of time or data (MB/GB) via code/ticket. you pay for it one time. I don't know of any cybercafe software that runs on Mac and anything cloud-based will be subscription,
