You have a high sex drive and it's normal since you weren't sexually active prior to meeting your wife.

Try to give her some space man, thrice weekly is kind of heavy to an extent for her although am single.

Allow her to come around and never stop caring nor stop the good things that she is used to through you but rather do more good to her, maybe she is battling with some micro stuffs on her head. Give her some space, keep yourself busy with other things.

Try abstaining for like 3months. You might think that it's difficult because you never tried it but I will advise you to give it a try.
