First they create the problem by secretly sponsoring poor uneducated Muslims with arms and brainwashing them with meaningless religious verses...

Then they come out in the open giving predictions of how their "intelligence" has gathered information of an impending attack...

Unfortunately, the masses don't have enough consciousness to think for themselves and ask "where are these Islamists and Herdsmen getting their weapons from?", "how come they only exist in regions where the white people are mining resources?"

The masses will rather play into tribal and religious bigotry, because they lack the mental capacity to see the bigger picture.

The top politicians in Nigeria know that it is the West that are behind majority(if not all) the Islam jihadist groups in existence today but these politicians don't care. . I dont blame these politicians though, the masses are like NPCs and should be treated as such.
