I'm preparing to construct a 2.5 ton LPG plant in Delta State and require help with the acquisition of certain permits. I've identified that I need the following:

1. Police report
2. Town planning
3. Environmental impact assessment
4. Fire service report
5. Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR)

While I've figured out how to obtain the police report, I'm unsure about the process for the others.

If anyone with experience in this sector could provide insights or advice on how to effectively acquire these remaining permits, I would greatly appreciate it.
