Burna Boy Does Not Need Nigeria's Verdict. His new album is out and he does not need Nigeria's opinion on it. His new album maybe be trash to Nigerians but he did not make it for Nigerians and it will still sell very well abroad. Burna Boy is successful today cos those in Europe, America and other places listens to his music and pay for it, not Nigerians. How much is he making from Nigeria or as a Nigerian singer, peanuts The analytics is there on Spotify, Audiomack, Youtube and his tours So he is making music for those that really appreciate him and buy his music, not Nigerians. If it was only Nigerians, "Last Last" wouldn't have been a global hit, Nigerians still dont like the song that much If it was only for Nigerians, Burna Boy will still be an upcoming singer Normally Nigerians prefer Wizkid and Davido kind of music which is still cool Burna boy was in Nigeria doing good music but did not go far, he had to go to Ghana, South Africa and UK before world began taking notice, the world, not Nigerians Nigerians only started appreciating Burna boy when the world began listening and paying for his songs If it wasn't for those living European and American, Burna boy wouldn't have gone far. Yes, Burna boy said truth, 80% of afro beats songs are trash, but Nigerians like trash though. You can now attack me © DaveofAfrica

I have a problem with hypocrites like Burna Boy but a bigger problem with the mediocre fans who commend them for depth. People like him always blackmail other artistes for not supporting the struggle of Africa. However, look inwards and you'll see that he is the biggest ass licker of the colonialists. He finds every opportunity to demean Nigerians before his White masters yet does nothing in his power to change the narrative. During elections his opinion was that he doesn't give a Fvck about what happens in Nigeria but fans used his song during endsars marches across Nigerian streets. He talks about political oppression in Nigeria but proudly flaunts his deadly secret cult association oppressing students across Nigerian public schools, physically attacks and wounds fellow musicians, even fans who pay to watch him, and was almost responsible for the death of man whose fiancee rejected his proposal at a Night club last year. Recently he has condemned Afrobeats to make his White masters love him more 😂. Seun Kuti nko? Talks about pan-africanism but bows down to white brands for collaboration whenever they knock. Hustles for European tours . He talks about oppression but slaps a poor police officer on duty. If many Nigerians were like me, those degenerates will be smoking weed on the streets. I can't pay to watch an ungrateful riff raff. 2 Likes |
