Keep in mind that Rwanda is a thoroughly LANDLOCKED country.
But "governors" from the country with one of the longest coasts in Africa flocked there to have a retreat.
One day some people's brains will be UNLOCKED for them to see the light.
Nothing beats a country that is at peace with itself.

I hope their village people will allow them implement what they learnt. They need the exposure. Just like some Nigerian lectures that go on study leave abroad and come back with the same mentality.
