I just bought this USB drive and my 22inches lg tv is not reading it at all. Will formatting the tv makes it work or what's the issue and what can I do to fix it please🙏

One of both or both are FAKE, check if the tv is a real LG,

Not everytime that Google is favourable when you need a solution for anything.. I've been able to find the solution.. I press input the went to media that's where the USB is thank you all🙏

The TV does not recognize the USB device simply because of an incompatible USB format.
