The Story Of The Langgam And The Usa

The langgam (ant) and the usa (grasshopper) were both very busy one day. The langgam was gathering food for the winter, while the usa was singing and dancing.

"Why are you working so hard?" asked the usa. "Winter is still far away."

"I am preparing for the future," said the langgam. "I know that winter will come, and I want to be prepared."

"I don't need to prepare," said the usa. "I will just sing and dance all summer long."

Winter came, and the langgam had plenty of food stored away. The usa, on the other hand, had no food and was very hungry.

"I should have listened to the langgam," said the usa. "Now I will have to starve all winter."
